Giclée prints have an extremely high degree of archival, museum-quality and permanence which not only exhibit superior artistic elements but also retain value over time.
Are these prints original artwork?
These prints are reproductions of original artworks.
What kind of paper do you use?
We use an acid-free, archival paper called Somerset Velvet. It is a 100% cotton rag, water color paper that produces rich colors.
Why are frames not included?
At this time. we are not providing frames. However, we are planning on expanding our services in the future. If you’d like to be notified when we add a framing service, please sign up for our newsletter.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Our customers generally receive their orders in 2-3 business days.
How will my order be shipped?
We provide free shipping through FedEx 2Day®.
Why does my order require a signature?
We require a signature due to the inherent high value of our products.
What happens if I receive damaged artwork?
The chance that you will receive a damaged product is very low, but if this is the case we will provide a new product to you as soon as possible. You can learn more on our Shipping and Returns page.
Why do I need to take pictures of my damaged order?
We require pictures to be taken of damaged artwork as soon as you receive (within 5 business days) them so that we can provide you with an un-damaged product as soon as possible.
Why is there a fee for un-damaged returns?
Even though we cover return shipping costs we still have to un-pack and re-stock the order into inventory.
